Behind the brush...

Julianne Carlucci is a certified make-up artist living on Long Island, only 30 minutes from New York City. She is a graduate of The Fashion Institute of Technology. Julianne's enthusiam for make-up artisty is evident through her passion of the craft, as well as through her position at Three Custom Color in New York City. As a certified make-up artist working for a well-known cosmetics company, Julianne's talent is shown not only through her application of make-up, but through her dedication to her work. Julianne knows how to choose the perfect colors and shades for her clients, and create a style that best suits the individual.
